...as the saying goes.

The workshop is about the characteristics of having this kind of persona.  How to become one, through looking at yourself and deciding how you react in certain situations.   If you are just a sour lemon; you need the sugars in your life to sweeten you up!  It is possible to be both an optimist and a realist and truly embrace life.

Our purpose/mission is for women to realize that choices are everything!
