January Lemonade-isms

Celebrating along the way is a life style of cherishing the precious things that are happening in our lives NOW. January's fun is the whole concept of renewal. It's second chances and a time that everything is almost in a state of rest, reviving itself, ready for the next bit of excitement. This is the month to experience any of the winter fun you didn't have a chance to get to in the busy-ness of December and some things specific only to this month. Sitting in front of a roaring fire sipping cocoa or cider, staying in your flannel PJs all day long on Saturday, getting together with the girls for a lunch of warm soup, testing out new exercise/diet plans, starting a journal, baking a loaf of bread, cleaning out your closet - finally! This year attend a Super Bowl party (even if you don't like football the commercials are fun), frame your favorite Christmas picture and play Elvis music on his birthday January the 8th.
